Fungsi X is a creative and production agency in Jakarta that does everything in-house, from the first brief to on-site execution. The website explains that model across its three capabilities: event and brand activation, digital campaigns and video production, and construction and production.

Problem
Brands juggle too many vendors.
Most agencies stop at the idea and hand execution to outside vendors, so brands end up managing several teams with uneven results. Fungsi X does everything in-house, and its site had to say so.
Goals
- (1)Make the in-house, end-to-end model clear at first glance.
- (2)Show it can handle large, high-stakes projects.
- (3)Feel as polished as the agency's own productions.
Challenge
Three capabilities, one agency.
Event activation, digital production, and construction are very different services. Listed side by side, they'd read like three companies. The site had to tie them into one story, in four weeks.
Solution
Structure first, then motion.
I designed a dark, high-contrast landing page organized around the three capabilities, with one type hierarchy holding them together. I also helped build the GSAP motion: scroll reveals, transitions, and light parallax that give the page rhythm without getting in the way.
Result
Live since 2025.
The site now carries the agency's pitch: one accountable team, from brief to build.
